As a result of a new FCC amendment and its resulting deadline extension, CIC Mortgage Credit Inc. must have your signed, written consent before January 1, 2005, if you wish to continue receiving faxes consisting of anything deemed an "unsolicited advertisement" in nature - including membership invoices, credit reports, confirmations, meeting information, etc. After that date, such documents cannot be faxed or emailed to you, even if you call to request them - including the Consent Form itself!
