Nubia Cuevas
Assistant VP of customer success
Nubia Cuevas serves as the Assistant Vice President of Customer Success at CIC Credit, with over 30 years of experience in the credit industry. She leads the Customer Success team, having trained more than 5,000 clients on CIC Credit’s system and their Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Nubia is instrumental in implementing new products and services that meet industry demands, ensuring both client satisfaction and the company’s growth. She also works closely with vendors on product integration and collaborates with Meridianlink, CIC Credit’s third-party software provider, to enhance service offerings.

Chris Palermo
Director of Business Development
With a strong background in the banking and mortgage industry, Chris has held leadership roles at MBNA America, Patriot Lending Services, Sunset Mortgage, and Eagle Nationwide Mortgage. Chris also serves on the Board of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association and is the Founder of the Foundation of Adolescent Credit Education (F.A.C.E.). He holds a Finance degree from Penn State and lives in Media, PA, with his wife and two children.

Jason Dickinson

Jason has been recognized with awards of the Service Partner of the Year with the NAMB, as well as Affiliate AE of the Year with the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. He has also been on boards with Mortgage Bankers Assoc of S. Florida, NAMB and FAMP. After five years at Equifax, he became an Account Executive at CIC Credit in 2005. He is passionate about assisting lenders, utilizing strategic partnerships with technical providers, and providing excellent service. He earned his Masters in International Business from University of Florida and enjoys time after work with his family.

Melissa Tatta is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in the credit reporting and mortgage industry. Specializing in helping financial institutions improve borrowers’ credit scores to close more loans, she has extensive expertise in mortgage credit, verification, and fraud products. Early in her career, Melissa traveled the Northeast, educating the mortgage industry on credit before simulators were widely available, empowering clients to make informed decisions. Now a Senior Account Executive at CIC Credit in the Tri-state Area, she continues to leverage her knowledge to guide clients through the complexities of credit reporting. In her free time, she enjoys vacationing in Cape May, New Jersey.
